CURTAIN COATING MATERIALS (CCM)
The high end fully automated surface finishing automated curtain coating process provides coated materials that enable the painted metal sheets to be stamped without breakage, scratches and greases on the plain surface
Curtain Coating is the art of applying a thin layer of paint (17~23μm) onto a flat surface of a cut sized Electro-Galvanized material. To achieve this, a curtain coating machine is used to disperse the paint at a controlled rate over the width of it’s coating head
The resulting width and thin flow of liquid resemble a “CURTAIN”. When cut-sized metal sheets are passed through the curtain and with the controlling of the flow rate of the liquid and the speed of the substrate, a very accurate thickness of coating is deposited onto the material
