The industry selling the most advanced communication devices may not be the leading adopters of communication technology.
This is very true of the case of the Handphone Retail industry. Walk into any handphone shop and you will realise that their PC are equiped with broadband but meant for a different reason --- downloading of ringtones. They suffer stock losses every year with pilferage, misplacement and fraud being the major contributors. Many own branches but eventually the main branch are the only one that is profitable.

Our software is designed just for this segment of the customers which is indeed very large. There is currently no software that is targeting this market segment. It is a product that is very different from the existing accounting software on the market such as MYOB, UBS, ACCPAC Plus etc.
Uniquely designed to run on mySQL for economic reasons, the entire software application has the ability to run on the LAN environment as well as online. It is a hybrid system that leverages on the Web for frontline customer services and financial application for the backoffice support.
The software services can be obtained via paid subscription renewable on a yearly basis or alternatively they can renew on a monthly basis via an SMS activation message.
HQphone is designed to be used by phone repair shops. It comes with a Jobsheet that will handle all incoming and outgoing jobs including the ability to transfer completed job to the Order Entry Invoicing System for eventual billing and the generation of monthly Statement of Accounts.
There is also a Warranty Database to keep track of products and pheripheral covered under the warranty period.

The mechanics of delivery is eliminated with the use of our own designed hybrid web application server.
