Written in Bahasa Malaysia, the Malaysia National Language, it aims to manage a coorperative society. Membership profile are kept along with their monthly subscription, loans & repayments, shares & dividends, group insurance, beneficiaries as well as their guarantors. The software application also prints reports for use in meetings such as introduction of new members, new loans and advances, loan defaulters etc. Various types of reports are obtainable at the click of a button. It is also designed to print payment vouchers and preprinted cheques. Other miscellaneous routines such as insurance claims, early instalment settlement, and members' credit information are also handled by this application.
Manages members' profile
With this ability, the user save time by tracking past records along with their sample signature and photograph. Signature can be verified on the screen.
Manages members' monthly subscriptions
when members can easily view their accumulated contributions at the service counter, trust is established.
Manages members' loans and advances
members can plan their repayment and apply new loans easily when information can be retrieved at the service counters. This information can also be printed out for committee to review. The committee can easily decide whether loans be extended to certain members based on their credibility.
Manages members' early loan settlement
this feature eliminates the complexity of calculation instalment credited back to members on early settlement
the maximum new loans allowable to replace old loans can be easily calculated. Time is saved and technical errors are minimized.
