PROGYMS factory was custom built and equipped at a cost of RM17 million. Located in Rawang, Selangor, the factory stands on 87,400 square feet of industrial land. The building has a built up area of over 50,000 square feet and is equipped with high-end modern technological facilities.
Violet and beige are the corporate colours in which the building is painted and these colours reflect the corporate mission, serenity and a clean or fresh environment. The building is a symbol of the company’s continuous commitment in the delivering only top quality products for the consumers at large.
Special equpment were imported from USA, Europe and Taiwan and installed in the factory to achieve PROGYMS objective of manufacturing traditional tonics with State-of-the-Art Equipments and in well controlled hygienic conditions.
Fully automated, the completely stainless steel equipment is linked by stainless steel pipes that carry the essences from one process to another. As the actual process of distilling the essences is automatic, there is almost no human contact until the packing and packaging stage. The entire manufacturing process is conducted in a dust and bacteria-free clean room environment.
The essences are manufactured in a very high temperature environment to kill off bacteria. They are then capped and sealed automatically to maintain proper sterilization as well as to preserve the natural goodness of the brews.
Strict Quality Control

Progyms observes strict quality control testing and maintenance to consistently deliver quality products.
The products are made from superior ingredients that have been carefully selected. During the manufacturing processes (which includes the double-brewing method), the unwanted fats and cholesterol are extracted. The high temperatures of 117 degrees celcius to ensure the destruction of bacteria and proper sterlization steps are observed strictly.
Each batch of finished products is subjected to a 100% quality test and kept mandatory in the Observatory Room for fourteen days.
Within the factory, all factory staff have to be clean and wear the mandatory gowns ,masks and special foot-wears before entering processing rooms. Visitors are separated from the processing rooms by the clear-glass partitions.
