A pigmented black low viscosity solution formulated based on chlorinated rubber and plasticizer. It is highly penetrative and has good adhesion to most surface. Synthetic primer for cold application is completely compatible with bitumen as well as coal tar enamel coatings. Synthetic primer for cold application comply to BS4147: 1980 Type B and BS4164: 1987
