AQ Pack (M) Sdn Bhd was originally established in 1986 as a trading company dealing with embossed carrier tape and top cover tape from Japan.
In 1996, manufacturing facilities were set up to manufacture this product by local expertise to meet the call from its customers on localization programs as well as the Malaysian Governments call for industrialization. |
