Conveyor Industrial Training System
Model : ECAML-CONY-1
General:
The system function must be able to distribute and separate work piece according to type
and color of material.
Appropriate sensor should be apply to identify type and materials.
Pneumatic pusher will be actuated to push the part to gravity rail according to color, metal
and non metal part.
8 I/O interface box with 4mm socket must be supplied for electrical input and output.
System must be positioned on the metal form based with appropriated dimension.
The specification of the trainer contains :
a. Belt conveyor should be driven by AC Induction motor which
dimension appx :
WLT = 350mm x 50mm x 2mm PVC type
b. Pneumatic pusher x 2
c. Proximity switch x 1 serial
d. Photoelectric sensor with built in amp x 1 set
e. Photo sensor x 1 set
f. 2 way Gravity rail
g. 3/2 way solenoid valve with magnifold x pcs.
