The natural cocoa powder is produced from de-shelled cocoa nibs which are naturally roasted in a rotating drum roaster, milled and ground to the required fineness. These are then pressed and defatted in a high-pressure hydraulic press, and finally milled again under controlled condition. It has characteristic natural cocoa flavour and a light-to-medium brown colour.
