|
SFW, STW and SQW (water-cooled condenser) series and SFA, STA and SQA (air-cooled condenser) series use two or more compressors to perform the cooling function. Hence, they can maintain the temperature accuracy within + 1ºC and are particularly suitable for industries in which precise temperature are required.
(We will be able to modify our chillers to cope with special applications such as temperature requirement of below 0ºC, abnormal high flow rate and pressure, etc.)
Features
Multiple compressors: Can lower the start-up current usage and reduce the chance of power surge; can reduce the temperature variation from 3-5 ºC (regular chiller) to 1 ºC; enable a temperature accuracy of + 1 ºC.
Full utilization of the compressors: the compressors will take turns to operate under the control of our specially programmed PCR (Programmable Control Relay).
High cooling efficiency: Ran by Digital Temperature Controller (PID function added) and PT-100 Thermal Couple; able to produce the Lowest Water Output Temperature of 3 ºC.
Easy installation and maintenance process: With built-in Stainless Steel Water Tank, only electricity supply and external piping works are required for installation; special design to allow services and cleaning process to be done within 10 minutes.
Advance safety and protection devices: Built-in parameter setting, high/low temperature alarm and various overload indication lights; High/Low Pressure Switch, Compressor Overload Relay, Cooling Fan Overload Relay, Oil Separator, Suction Accumulator, Thermal Expansion Valve, Receiver, Etc.
Flexible water pump & piping system: Can upgrade the water pumps easily when it is needed.
