Keeheong Peanut Biscut
Following are the process of making the peanut biscuit; firstly, fry or toast the groundnuts till golden brown, then remove the skin and then blend or grind the groundnut until fine and mix it evenly together with wheat flour and sugar in the mixing bowl. Slowly add in the groundnut oil and mix into a fine dough. Preheat the oven; grease a baking tray and sprinkles with wheat powder. Cut the dough into small pieces and roll it on our hand gently until into a small ball shape and place the pieces of small dough on the greased baking tray.
