PRODUCT INFORMATION
Khemix 164 is designed for long lasting, penetrates and lubricates difficult to reach metal surface such like; wire rope, cables, chain etc… It sprayed as a liquid then thickens into a tacky grease to ensure tough performance on metal to metal application.
Khemix 164 is can work under up to a temperature of 350 ° F (176 ° C), will not run off or drop, oxidation resistant. It is USDA H2 grade, outstanding performing in bakeries oven conveyor roller.
Khemix 164 excellent in water resistant, due to it nature of tackiness, would not easily wash out by hot or steam water in food processing plant.
Khemix 164 is fortified with Extreme Pressure additives that can withstand high shock load and high impact that would not run off, still leave a tough oil film on surface continue lubrication.

Hospitals; bed adjusting mechanism, wheel chairs, carts. Automotive; accelerator, linkages, brake linkages, window operators, ash tray slides, door & trunk hinges, locks & latches. Farm; Hinges, slides, cams, bearings, chains. Marine; pulleys, cables, slides, hinges. Industrial; fork lift masts, chains small gears, couplings, slides, cams, overhead doors, hinges, tools. Caution:
Khemix 164 is classified as an USDA H2 lubricant, intended to use in food processing plants, however in areas which is no possibility of grease coming in contact with edible product.
