MACHINE SPECIFICATION
The machine is equipped with 3-1/4 x 2 meter stainless steel conveyer System c/w structure steel belt and 1 set product side guide.
This Rotary Chuck Capper provides torque control and precise placement of the cap onto the container for perfect capping performance.
Equipped with 500mm Diameter stainless steel oriented bowl for cap loading placements, the cap are oriented and fed down the cap supply chute by unscrember.
The cap is individually picked up by the swing arm, moved and inserted up into the capping head. After the container is indexed under the capping station, the cap is correctly placed and accurately torqued onto the bottle threads.
The capping head stop automatically which control by the timer we set on the machine with no damage to cap surface, the capping torque tightness is adjustable.
PLC control system c/w consealed wiring and touch-screen for friendly user.
The machine provides 1 size of rotary indexer (star-wheel) with 8 product slot only. Optional item for other sizes depends on customer requests.
