MACHINE SPECIFICATION
12ft stainless steel conveyer with 3-1/4 wide stainless steel table top chain and driven by 1.0 Hp variable speed controller motor.
8 stainless steel non-drip nozzles with height adjustable for varies bottles size.
Positive Shut Off Nozzle is designed for these nozzle have shut off devices in the tips.
They are very useful for product with very low surface tension. The nozzles have an air cylinder controlled plunger system that provides a positive shut off tip and is absolutely no dripping.
Traffic coordinator for bottles feeding.
Two speed filling process. Fast filling up to Ύ full. Slows down for final fill to prevent spillage.
The machine equipped with bottoms filling feature.
Built-in product buffer tank complete with high / low level control and electrical point for pump but excluded the supply of pump.
The product Drip Tray equipped as second protection to eliminate dripping. The product Drip Tray is to extend under the nozzle after the fill cycle, and retract for next fill cycle. The Drip Tray is controlled by PLC and will not slow down the fill cycle speed, this option will ensure no drips fall on the containers causing stains or excessive mess.
The method that is used to keep product from leaking out around the piston as it moves Back and forth is the use of an O-ring. This O-ring material is Viton and placed in grooves Around the circumference of the piston head.
