Sam’s Metal Trading (Kuantan) Sdn Bhd
(361363-W) was incorporated on 28th September 1995 under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited company. It is currently located at No 19, Jalan IM 14/2, Bandar Indera Mahkota, 25200 Kuantan.
Sam’s Metal Kuantan has started with RM300,000 paid up capital. With the rapid expansion, the company has increased the paid up capital to RM3,500,000. The present authorized share capital is RM5,000,000 divided into 5,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Today, Sam’s Metal Kuantan Group had owned four subsidiaries, namely Sam’s Metal Trading (Kota Bahru) Sdn Bhd ( 518126-H ), Sam’s Metal Trading (KT) Sdn Bhd ( 547552-K ). Sam’s Metal Trading ( JB ) Sdn Bhd ( 717318-P), PMA Accessories (M) Sdn Bhd ( 731527-M) .
