DESCRIPTION
Sunscreen is a fibreglass fabric coated with PVC. It is strong, with a dimensional stability between - 35°C to +50°C, rot proof (it can be rolled wet). The colours do not deteriorate.
FEATURES
Sunscreen is remarkably efficient: in external position, it stops rays before they touch the plate and ensures a light ventilation of the air-cushion between frame and plate. Its efficiency eliminates 80 to 90% of the solar radiance heating power. It allows energy saving. The air-conditioned set-up can reduce its capacity of 40%. Lowered during winter nights, it reduces heating cost.
Sunscreen removes dazzling and reverberation from glazed surfaces, keeps a clear and subdued view of the outside whilst protecting privacy.
It can also be used internally as roller blinds, guided blinds and verical blinds. It can be easily cleaned with soap and water.

• ENERGY EFFICIENT
Thermoscreen sun screening fabrics are engineering for external use. When installed externally, Thermoscreen can reduce the sun's radiant heating power by up to 85%.
• DIMENSIONALLY STABLE
The yarn utilised in the manufacture of Thermoscreen is specially produced for this fabric. It consits of a fibre glass core yarn (42%) and a PVC coating (58%) which is formed around the glass yarn to a uniform dimension. After weaving, the fabric is heat set allowing Thermoscreen to retain perfect stability over a wide temperature range from -35 degree F to +130 degree F.
• DURABLE/FACE RESISTANT
Thermoscreen is rot proof and resists U.V. rays, heat and glare while allowing a clear and subdued view to the outside.
• VERSATILE
Thermocreen can be used in a variety of applications both internally and externally: Window Shades, Verical Blinds, Awnings and Canopies are the normal installation
