Areas cleaned include common and walkway areas, all competed flooring, staircases, all A.H.U. & M&E Installation Rooms, Parking Lots, all cement floor and external rooms as well. Elevators and signage are all cleaned with approved chemicals to ensure visibility and comfortability. Polishing and stripping of surfaces such as marble or wood.
Services include:-
1) Mopping, cleaning, scrubbing and spray buffing to shine on all walkway areas, including toilets and facility rooms.
2) Vacuuming, carpet shampooing, sweeping.
3) High pressure water jets used to clean all cement floors.
4) Stainless steel surfaces are polished with approval chemical.
