High Alloy Steel Plating
We provide both functional and decorative surface treatment of alloy steel with either satin or bright finishing such as Nickel-Tin (Nicolloy) and Chromium.
Electrolytic Lacquering
We use ‘Clearclad’ technology which can be applied to all kinds of metals to provide even lacquer coating. The lacquered parts will have a shining and metallic appearance under a transparent as wells as coloured lacquer coating.
Blackening
A layer of black mixed oxide sulfide on the surface is a cost effective method for protecting stainless steel.
High Finishing
Using high-speed metal polishing machines, we produce high lustre polishing to aluminium or stainless steel parts.
Zinc Die Cast Plating
We also produce state-of-art plating of zinc die casting parts with a variety of finishes including satin, black chrome, bright chrome and pearlbrite.
