The high end fully automated surface finishing automated curtain coating process provides coated materials that enable the painted metal sheets to be stamped without breakage, scratches and greases on the plain surface.
Curtain Coating is the art of applying a thin layer of paint (17~24µm) onto a flat surface of a cut sized Electro-Galvanized material. To achieve this, a curtain coating machine is used to disperse the paint at a controlled
rate over the width of its coating head
