MAGNACUT 150 is a high performance bio-stable semi-synthetic metalworking emulsion. It produces a micro-emulsion in all type of makeup water due to it’s formulated with specially selected and high quality components. MAGNACUT 150 contains no nitrites, phenols, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, silicone oil, chlorine and active sulfur. The freedom from these components allows extremely long sump life by elimination of bio-food source. It is formulated with a hydro-treated base oil, strong anti-rust package and performance additives that allow balance of lubrication effect and emulsion stability.
MAGNACUT 150 is designed to function effectively as both a cutting and grinding coolant. It possesses superior lubricity characteristics and prevents welding of chips to cutting tools. Lubricity performance is achieved with a combination of physical lubrication from mineral oil.
MAGNACUT 150 gives long coolant sump life with its resistance microbiological growth. However, it is also contains a minimum level of biocide additives to combats bacterial from raw water supply line, rancidity and odor in machine sumps. It yields improved tool life as well as better finishes and its transparency allow excellent work piece visibility.
