| Eng Heap Seng Rice & Flour Mill (M) Sdn.Bhd. | From its humble beginning as a rice mill in 1968, Eng Heap Seng Rice & Flour Mill (M) Sdn. Bhd. is now the biggest rice flour manufacturer in Malaysia. Rice flour both for domestic and industrial use (food and technical grade) are manufactured here.
Our expertise in rice-based products coupled with dynamic research and development have lead to formulation of new products/premix of rice flour to meet the ever-growing customer demands in the local market. Rice flour-based premixes produced by EHS in the market today include Deep-Frying Fritter Flour, Instant Steamed Rice Cup Cake, Instant Coconut Pancake Flour, Instant Kuih Talam Premix , Instant Kuih Lapis Premixes and Traditional Penang Kuih Apom Premix. These products are produced after years of research and survey by our Research and Development Department.
All EHS products undergone stringent control and quality test implemented at various stages of production. With skilled manpower and detailed understanding of the local requirements, EHS is able to perform its role as the frontrunner in setting the standard of rice flour and rice-based products in Malaysia.
Our computerized wet-milling manufacturing plant has a team of experienced production engineers and qualified research and development personnels to ensure the quality of our products. Production parameters eg. pH, temperature, etc. are controlled and monitored by trained production staff.
In-process quality control, visual inspection, random testing, multiple checks and total screening procedure are implemented in the production line. Laboratory analysis, both chemical and microbiological are conducted on final products to ensure compliance to our in-house specifications and the Malaysia Food Regulation 1985.
