We are a Malaysian based company specializing in the production of quality custom made frozen cakes and pastries (includes quiches, pies and tarts) for both local consumption and the export market. We have obtained HALAL Certification from JAKIM (Malaysian authority on HALAL certification) and have obtained HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) Certification, from Societe Generale De Surveillance SA (SGS), an internationally recognized food safety certification body based in Geneva, Switzerland. Our products have a shelf life up to 12 month.
Deligateaux (pronounced as deligatoe) is a combination of two words, 'Deli' short for 'Delicatessen' and 'Gateaux'; 'Deli' stands for a shop selling unusual and special foods that are ready to eat and 'Gateaux' is a French word meaning large decorated cakes.
