About Us

| IDEAL HOMES PROPERTIES SDN BHD | The history of the Ideal Group can be traced back to 1997 with the provision of business consultancy services for the property development industry by Ideal Concept Intelligence (ICI). The Group's property BPO services commenced in 2001 when ICI secured its first property BPO project.
In 2003, the Group expanded its line of business through the initiation of marketing advisory services and also the provision of project evaluation and monitoring services to be carried out by Ideal Homes Property (IHP) and Ideal Capital Intelligence (ICAP) respectively.
In 2004, in line with the Government's call for sustainable energy and to reduce dependency on energy sources that cause pollution to the environment, the Ideal Group, through Ideal Project Intelligence (IPR) ventured into R&D of energy management solutions specialized for commercial buildings and offices.
